Starting in Carpentry and Joinery or relevant experience.

  • Carry out safe working practices in construction
  • Knowledge of information, quantities and communicating with others
  • Building methods and construction technology
  • Know how to set up and operate a circular saw
  • Produce setting out details for routine joinery products
  • Manufacture routine joinery products

Career Progression

Work within Industry towards an NVQ or go onto a level 3 qualification.
