King Street Studios
BMC Higher Education students who are studying Performing Arts and Media have a dedicated building on King Street, Melton, with bespoke studios, study areas and social spaces.

Animal Care Labs
Higher Education students in Animal Care and Equine will find that thier course focuses much more on biological, anatomical and scientific elements, so they spend a lot of time conducting thier studies and assignments in the bespoke labs over at Brooksby.
Spinney Campus & Brooksby Hall Gardens
Students who come to BMC to study Garden Design at Higher Education level will have access to unique horticultural workshops and design labs on the Spinney campus, as well as the ornamental gardens over at Brooksby Hall and the commercial Brooksby Nurseries.

State-Of-The-Art Animal and Equine Centre
This redevelopment, which will open in September 2011 will bring a new state of the art animal care centre, new fish, reptile and exotic animal unit as well as improved halls of residence and catering facilities. Something that will enhance the student experience beyond anything else in the region.
