General DescriptionSalary: £6,734 for the term of the contractFixed term contract for 12 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our ICT team within the college. You will be required to provide an effective and efficient ICT customer support service across all college campuses, whilst working towards a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. You must have a confident telephone manner and excellent organisation skills, as well as the ability to prioritise your own workload. GCSE grade A – C in English and Maths is a minimum requirement.
