Learner Services

Our dedicated Learner Services Team offers a bespoke service to guide and support you during your time here at BMC. You’ll have access to advice and guidance covering all elements of student life. Our neutral service is conducted by caring advisors who take a step away from the college and its courses and will ensure they provide ongoing support for your general health and wellbeing.

At BMC we always put the learner at the centre of the college and the decisions we make and Every Child Matters is at the heart of the college philosophy. This includes a commitment to helping learners be healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well being.

For us, the ‘learner voice’ is paramount and this is why we have developed a student council which will include two course reps from each area to attend forums and focus groups on behalf of the students on each course. This enables students to feed their views and experiences directly into the college and at the same time enables us to offer a service which can be continually improved and strengthened.
