New-look Swan Lake College Premiere at Melton Theatre

BMC dance students are thrilled to present a modern, all female reworking of the classic Russian ballet Swan Lake; a tale of young lovers, Odette and Siegfried, who are brought together by fate but destined for tragedy.

The talented and skilled young dancers at BMC will take you on a mystical and fantastical journey which incorporates many styles of dance including contemporary, urban and jazz.

Swan Lake will be showing at the Melton Theatre on the 26th and 27th May 2010, tickets are priced at £5 (£3 concessions) and the shows start at 7.30pm each evening.

The performance will be accompanied by the highly evocative and classical sounds of Tchaikovsky’s most famous and iconic pieces, BMC’s Swan Lake will be an exhilarating evening of dance not to be missed.
