BMC partnership with SS Jain Subodh Post Graduate College

On Tuesday 10 May, BMC welcomed senior managers from SS Jain Subodh Post Graduate College from Jaipur in India for a three day visit to Brooksby Melton College.  The purpose of the trip was to establish a progression agreement onto a Bachelor Degree and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) for their business school students. Preliminary discussions about this collaboration were held on the occasion of the visit by Robert Davies (BMC Consultant) on his trip to India in February 2011, which was then followed up by a letter of invitation to Dr. K.B. Sharma (Principal).

Over the three days we embarked on a thorough curriculum mapping exercise, which culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and the first students enrolling onto the Bachelors Degree in Business and Management (Top-up) in September 2011.

Robert Grant – Head of International Development commented “ this was a significant partnership for BMC as we aim to be nationally and internationally renowned as a Centre of Excellence, where students are skilled, professional, innovative and enterprising”.
