BMC Student awarded a City and Guilds Medal for Excellence

Level 3 Land Based Service Engineer, Charles Downing has been Awarded a City and Guilds Medal for Excellence for his outstanding performance during his time as a BMC student.

Charles will be presented with the prestigious medal at the Lion Awards in London on 15th March 2012.

Charles works for his family business- Andrew Downing Engineers, he completed a full Apprenticeship and worked particularly hard to complete his Key Skills qualification at the same time.

Tutor Phil Spencer told us: "For BMC , this is another outstanding achievement, our students have won medals in the previous two years and many before those, lets hope we go from strength to strength."
