Halls of residence on campus

Halls are located in the grounds of our beautiful 16th century manor house set on a peaceful 850 acre country estate. The exquisite mature gardens and ornamental lake which surround the hall will provide the perfect place to study and live in the UK.

The halls include:

• Shared areas, kitchen, shower room, communal living areas, all are regularly cleaned
• TV in the lounge, students will have to provide their own TV and licence in their room. All utility bills are included
• Kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave
• kitchenettes are equipped with fridge/freezer and a microwave
• Each bedroom is furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe chair and shelves

Wardens provide a 24 hour service to all students living on campus and are responsible for the health and welfare of all residential students. Enrichment activities include organised trips and visits to places of interest in the surrounding area.

Cost

• College self catered accommodation is £80 per week
• College accommodation plus breakfast and evening meal is £105 per week (evening meal available to 7pm in evening)

Private Rented Accommodation

Brooksby Melton College (BMC) is well supported by private landlords who provide a variety of student housing in the surrounding areas. This includes a variety of houses to suit the needs of all students. Our accommodation team has a list of available properties and can offer advice on other aspects of renting privately.
