A network member the college is involved in many key aspects of the food and drink sector, focusing on supporting rural food diversification. Melton Mowbray has recently been designated Rural Capital of Food and the college also supports the red meat sector, providing training and skills development for butchery, food manufacturing and abattoir processes.
