Level 1 Introduction to Motor Vehicle

In 2019, our Level 1 Diploma Students had a 92% Pass Rate.

This course covers the basic technical needs for today's Motor Vehicle repair industry. It provides essential background knowledge for students wishing to become service technicians working on light vehicles (cars and vans) in all types of garages, dealerships and maintenance depots. Students also gain a broad understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

  • Fees: This course is fully funded for school leavers. Adult Learners are welcome to apply.

Your future

Learners may wish to progress onto a Level 2 Motor Vehicle Engineering course or onto an apprenticeship.

Alternatively, learners may wish to progress directly into employment within the Motor Vehicle Engineering industry.

Entry requirements

1 GCSE at grade E/2 or above.  You will also complete an Initial Assessment at Interview.
