This course will develop your understanding of how to work in business teams, helping you to learn what makes an effective team and team leader. You will also be introduced to tools and techniques for continuous business improvement, enabling you to understand the principles of workplace organisation, how to improve the work environment, and how to eliminate variance from processes in the workplace. In addition, this course will provide you with an understanding of the concept of a lean environment and will teach you how to conduct a productivity needs analysis.
