NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Priciples of Business Administration


This course will introduce you to how to provide administrative services, produce business documents, manage information and develop efficient working relations with colleagues. In addition, you will learn about the principles of customer relationships and will develop an understanding of how to publish, integrate and share using social media. You will also be introduced to the principles of digital marketing.

    If an applicant withdraws or fails to achieve the qualification a £70 administration charge will be made.
