Your future
Students who complete this course may wish to progress onto a Level 3 Sports programme, gain employment, or undertake an apprenticeship.
Entry requirements
4 GCSE’s at grade D/3 or above OR Level 1 Sport and Entry 3 Functional Skills.

Course Details
The sports industry is one of the fastest growing, with a wide variety of job opportunities in coaching, teaching, fitness, leisure and sport development in the UK and all over the world. - Introduction to Healthy Exercise and Nutrition
- Sports Coaching

- Planning and Running a Sports Event
- Developing Sporting Skills and Tactical Awareness
Sports Partnerships
Here at BMC, we work with Leicester Tigers, Leicester City Women FC, and Charnwood and Rutland Netball Club to offer our students the chance excel in the sport they love alongside studying for their qualification.

Please note: For the 2021-22 academic year, a college bus will be available from Stephenson College in Coalville for those who wish to study this course. We also have BMC bus routes covering many areas of Leicestershire and surrounding counties.
