This course will introduce you to the key concepts of mental health and the legal framework which applies to those with mental health issues. You will also explore the key principles of care planning and good practice. You will be introduced to the concept of risk assessment within mental health and the implications of duty of care. In addition, you will learn how to respond when complaints are made.

    If an applicant withdraws or fails to achieve the qualification a £70 administration charge will be made.
