Brooksby Melton College is a specialist vocational Further and Higher Education provider in Leicestershire spread across two main campuses – one in the heart of the lively market town of Melton Mowbray and the other on an 850-acre estate at Brooksby.  The College received a “Good” Ofsted judgement in November of 2012 and our objective is to be judged an “Outstanding” College within the next five years.  As part of this journey both our campuses have undergone a £27.7m redevelopment, bringing new facilities and improved environments for all our students and staff.

We seek to recruit a bank of General Assistants to support the Catering Service. You will be required to work across all campuses of the College offering a food service to students and visitors.

Duties will include preparing, cooking and delivering food to the highest standards, whilst maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the area and equipment.

The successful candidates must be customer-focussed, be able to maintain consistently high standards, and ideally will have previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen or similar environment.
