Brooksby Hall, part of Brooksby Melton College, is a picturesque 16th Century hunting lodge set in a peaceful 850 acre estate. The Hall opened its doors to the public over 25 years ago as a hospitality venue and enjoys an excellent reputation for food and service.
We are looking to recruit, Waitresses, Waiters, Kitchen Porters and Bar staff to help support Weddings and Functions at Brooksby Hall and Theatre events at our Melton Campus.
We require a bank of highly motivated individuals with a passion to deliver excellent service. You must be honest, reliable and hardworking.
Previous experience is not essential, although advantageous – Full training will be given.
You will need a flexible attitude to your working hours as they will vary according to business need.
You must be over 16 to apply and rates of pay will be in accordance with National Minimum Wage.
