Permanent, full time position working 37hrs a week, 52weeks per annum

Salary: £23,604 – £26,183 (dependant on experience and qualifications)

25 days holiday

An exciting opportunity has opened for a suitably experienced, committed training officer in Health and social care (Assessor) to join our, dynamic and enthusiastic team and department at Brooksby Melton College.

Duties for the successful applicant will include visiting stakeholders and learners in settings, monitoring, reviewing and assessing learners in the work place, set up, liaise and co-ordinate work placements for all learners and support students through their chosen qualifications and learning journey.

The successful applicant must be self – motivated, ambitious, confident and proactive with excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate an ability to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment in this curriculum area. You must display excellent organisational skills and manage all aspects of your role efficiently. Candidate must hold suitable Assessing qualifications and have experience in the vocational sector as well hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel out of county.
