When & How to Collect Results
There is no set timetable for the students to collect their results.
Results will be available for collection from Reception/Student Services from 8:30am on the relevant results day at the campus you attended for the duration of your course.
Whilst inside college buildings, please continue to observe our guidelines for social distancing, hand sanitiser and wearing face coverings. Once you’ve collected your results, please take your results outside of the Reception/Student Services area to open them to allow other students to collect their results in a COVID-safe environment.
What to Bring
In order to comply with our GDPR policy, your results will not be released to you unless you can provide a form of photographic ID. The acceptable forms of ID are your Student ID, Driving Licence or Passport.
If You Can’t Collect in Person
If you know that you are not going to be able to collect your results in person, don’t panic. All results will be posted out via second class post the evening of your designated results day to the address we currently hold on our college systems.
If you have recently moved house, simply send us an email by 30 July to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Student ID, full name and your new address details. In exceptional circumstances you can also nominate a parent/guardian or carer to collect on your behalf using the enclosed Results Release Form. We must receive these results forms by Friday 30 July so arrangements can be made on your behalf.
Although everyone will be working hard to make sure you are issued with the correct grades on results day, there will also be an appeals system as a safety net to fix any genuine errors that were not identified earlier on. If you believe an error has been made in determining your grade, you will have a right to appeal.
Disclaimer: These results days only apply to the qualifications for which we could apply Teacher Assessed Grades (TAGs).
